Southampton
The company began trading at the Port of Southampton in 2000, operating a small Dry Bulks Terminal which now regularly handles in excess of 1 million tonnes of various bulk products per annum.
The business has been handling Cruise Baggage and Stores for over a decade and regularly provides services to over 450 Cruise vessels calling at Southampton for a variety of world renowned Cruise Operators.
Jersey and Immingham
The company has been operating in the port of St Helier, Jersey, for 13 years and have recently extended their Stevedoring Licence for a further term.
In the Port of Immingham, Solent Stevedores operate a Cementitious store, handling both Pulverised Fly Ash and Cement and the company recently commenced operating a second Cement terminal in Southampton.
Heavy lift, rail and containers
The company also carries out heavy lift, project works and has a 120,000 sq ft modern cargo warehouse in the Port of Southampton. In 2016, the company expanded its range of services once again by adding a Rail Terminal to its portfolio in the Port of Southampton. In 2024 a 12 acre expansion of this terminal was completed with services extended to include container storage and M&R.
This facility complements the 11 acre Empty Container Depot at London Gateway, opened in 2018. The company also operate a Cruise Baggage Stevedoring business in Singapore and a RORO and Bulk Stevedoring business in St Malo, France.
