It has also been our policy to ensure that all our divers possess, as well as their diving qualifications, a complementary construction skill. Therefore we have qualified stonemasons, carpenters, coded welders and other trades available at our disposal. Outfall Pipeline Inspection, Repair & Installation

A major part of the services that Kaymac provide for the water industry is the inspection, including detailed diving inspections, where required, detailed reporting of the condition of a structure, and a full range of engineering solutions for each individual circumstance.

These include: unblocking of outfalls, repairs to existing outfalls, extension of existing outfalls and installation of new outfalls in a range of construction materials from HPDE, Concrete, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, among others. Infrastructure Services Kaymac are presently working for Black and Veatch on behalf of client, Welsh Water at Prioress Mill, Usk, in Gwent.

Kaymac's role is in providing structures to provide protection from harm to fish species in river intakes using improved screening methods while also removing existing screens and installing trash screens.

Also, Kaymac will be demolishing sections of the existing wing walls and constructing new splayed walls to support new 'Hydrolox' screens. Another aspect of this scheme that will be carried out by Kaymac is the reinstatement of the existing river bank, providing reinforcement to both upstream and downstream areas by means of riprap and gabion baskets, providing a tapered installation between the natural bank and the new structure in order to minimise water turbulence.
