The team 100 lawyers including 7 mariners and receives instructions from the full spectrum of those involved in the maritime industry including ship owners, charterers, shipyards, P&I clubs, oil majors, insurers and reinsurers and has a highly specialised team dealing with port and terminal operators, underwriters and traders. A highly specialised and award winning PI and Regulatory team deal with personal injury and regulatory matters with particular specialisms in the port and cruise sectors.
We have extensive expertise in handling the disputes and non-contentious matters which arise from the international sale of commodities. This expertise extends to a broad range of goods and commodities, including softs, oils, their by-products and metals.
Cargo, Freight and Logistics
Our cargo and freight team offers specialist legal services to the cargo, logistics and warehousing industries in both the operator and insurance sectors. Each team works closely with an international network of marine surveyors, investigators and loss adjusters, providing the complete marine legal service.
